Pricing and Payment:
- Price most signs is $85.00.
- An additional $15.00 may be assessed for requests outside of the service area.
- An additional $25.00 fee charged for any short notice requests that we can fulfill in 48hrs or less.
- An additional $20 fee is charged for installs that occur the day before, day of, or day after major holidays.
- Payment methods include PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. Invoice is also an option upon request. Payment is due within 24hrs to confirm and officially book your reservation.

Sign Set-Up and Pick-Up:
- Signs are installed the evening before your scheduled date after 7:30pm. You may request set-up at a specified time, and we will do our best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee accommodation.
- Signs are picked up approximately 24hrs later.
- Times for installation and pick-up may vary depending on daylight savings time.
- You may request to keep your sign for an extra day(s) at a rate of $40.00 per day. We will do our best to accommodate this request but cannot guarantee availability.
- Placement of signs is at the sole discretion of Royal Yard Cards. Once we arrange and place the sign, repositioning is prohibited.
- We will contact you via phone/text when we are en route to install and pick up signs.
- Please clean up any dog poop out of the yard prior to delivery.
- Please water your lawn at least 24 hours before installation if it has not rained.
- Please note: If the yard is too dry, we may not be able to install yard signs.
Damages and Theft:
- Do not remove or touch signs unless instructed to do so by Royal Yard Cards.
- Do not attach any other items to the signs. (ex: balloons, garland, etc.) They are not meant to bear weight and doing so may cause damage.
- Do not use lawn equipment or blowers on or around the sign. Grass could cause staining.
- Do not remove signs from the yard. We will take care of the installation and removal.
- In the event of damage to a sign or stolen letter, character, and/or accent, the customer will assume responsibility and agree to pay for damages.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- If you need to cancel, you must do so prior to 24hrs of your scheduled install date (remember we install the evening before the requested date) for a full refund.
- No refund will be granted for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled install date.
- No refund will be granted if we feel that our safety is at risk during installation due to loose animals and we’re unable to reach you to resolve.
- No refund will be granted if we are given the wrong address and are unable to reach you to confirm the correct address.
- Full refund will be granted if we are unable to install due to unsafe weather conditions.
